Who can do this: Organization Admins
Tags help you organise and find things faster across Microspace. There are three types:
Microspace tags label your microspaces so you can filter and search the overview. For example: "Onboarding", "Demo", or "Lead Gen".
Contact tags label individual contacts so you can group and filter them in the Contacts overview.
Customer tags link microspaces to a specific client or account. They also power personalisation tokens like {{Company}} inside your content.
As an admin, tags across the workspace can be managed from one central place: creating new ones, renaming existing ones, and removing tags that are no longer needed. Regular members can apply tags but cannot create or delete them.
For a general introduction to how tags work in Microspace, see Add tags to your microspaces.
Where to find it
Go to Organization → Tags. You'll see all tags across your workspace in a single overview, with columns for name, usage count, and type.
Edit a tag
Click the pen icon next to a tag to rename it. Renaming a tag updates it everywhere it is currently applied.
Delete a tag
Click the trash icon next to a tag. If the tag is in use, the number of microspaces or contacts it is applied to is shown before confirming.
Deleting a tag removes it from everything it was assigned to.
Default tags
Microspace includes a set of built-in tags (Opportunity, Customer Success, Onboarding, Lead Gen, Active, Done). These cannot be deleted but are available to all members.
Tips
Keep tag names short so the team applies them consistently.
Microspace and contact tags power the filters on the dashboard and contacts overview: a clean tag library means better filtering.
Customer tags double as personalisation tokens, so naming them clearly (e.g. the actual company name) matters for content using {{Company}}.
