Add tags to your microspaces

Tag your microspaces to make it easier to find and organise

Adding tags helps you group and filter microspaces in the overview. You can add a customer tag or create your own labels, such as "Onboarding", "Success Story" or "Internal". These tags help you:

  • Keep your microspaces organised

  • Search and filter by customer

  • Align your microspaces with your workflow

Microspace tags

Microspace tags help you categorise and manage your work. You can create any tag that fits your workflow, like "Internal", "Demo" or "Lead Gen". These tags are visible in the top bar of each microspace and help you filter and search in the microspace overview.

You can add or edit microspace tags from the Add tag button.

Default tags

To help you get started, these tags are available by default:

  • Opportunity

  • Customer Success

  • Onboarding

  • Lead Gen

  • Active

  • Done

Customer tags

Customer tags help you link microspaces to specific clients. These tags help you filter the microspace overview to find all microspaces connected with a customer. You can also filter the activity feed by customer.

Customer tags are also used to personalise content using tokens like {{Company}}.

Add customer tags using the Add customer button.

Deal link

You can also add a deal link to your microspace. This helps you connect a microspace to a specific opportunity in your CRM or sales process. Use the Add deal button to paste in a URL. The link is only visible to editors.
