Using the Your Contact Card

Show who the primary contact is for your microspace or individual pages.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Your Contact card highlights the main point of contact for the microspace or page. This helps your audience know who is responsible and how to get in touch.

The card displays the name, role, email address, phone number, and meeting link of the editor who serves as the main point of contact. This person represents your organisation, so your audience knows who to reach out to for questions or next steps.

How to add the Your Contact card to the microspace home

  1. In your microspace, go to the right-hand panel with the info cards.

  2. Click the + button on the Contact card.

  3. You can select from the organisation’s member list or manually add or edit a contact. Their profile information (name, role, email, phone number, and meeting link) will be shown in the card.

How to add the Your Contact card to a page

  1. Navigate to the relevant page in your microspace.

  2. At the top of the page header, click Add contact Card on the Your Contact card.

  3. Just like in a microspace home info card, you can select from the organisation’s member list or manually enter the contact details.

Use this if the page stands on its own, for example, when you add a new proposal to an existing microspace.

What your audience sees

The 'Your Contact' card gives visitors a quick way to see who their main point of contact is. This makes communication easier and more personal, especially when multiple contacts are involved.

Tip: include a meeting link your contacts can use to schedule time directly.

When to use the Contact card

  • When it is helpful to clarify who the main point of contact is

  • When adding a standalone page (such as a new proposal) that needs its own point of contact
