Using the Team Card

Show who is involved in the project or relationship.

The Team card lets you display the people working with your customer or involved in the project. This gives your contacts insight into who is doing what and how to reach them.

Each team member shows up with their name, role, and contact details.

How to add the Team card

  1. In your microspace, go to the right-hand panel with the info cards.

  2. Click the + button on the Team card.

  3. You can:

    • Select someone from your organisation’s member profile list

    • Or create a new profile manually with name, role, email, phone number, and optional avatar

  4. You can reorder team members on the card using drag and drop.

What your contacts see

Your contacts will see a clear list of the people behind the microspace, making the relationship feel more personal and transparent. They can easily identify roles and contact details for each team member.

When to use the Team card

  • When multiple people are involved in a client project

  • To help buyers know who to reach out to

The Team card is especially useful in longer-running microspaces where trust and continuity matter.
