The Updates card is one of the microspace info cards and appears in the right-hand panel on the microspace home. It is a lightweight way to communicate short messages to all contacts with access.
How it works
When you add an update:
It appears in the Updates card on the microspace home
Contacts with access to the microspace can view the update
If email notifications are enabled, contacts will receive the update by email
Contacts can react to the update directly in the microspace
When to use it
The Updates card works well for:
Sharing quick updates to all involved stakeholders
Announcing next steps
Highlighting new resources
Adding context between meetings
How to add an update
Open the microspace in edit mode
Locate the Updates card in the right-hand panel on the microspace home
Click in the Share your update field
Enter your message and save
Your update will be visible immediately.

You can include a link to a page in your microspace to direct contacts to related content
