Help contacts navigate your content when you use separate microspaces across different phases or topics.
When you share more than one microspace with the same contact, they can easily switch between them using a dropdown in the top navigation bar. This happens automatically, no setup required.
This makes it easier to use separate microspaces for proposals, project updates, or ongoing collaboration, while still offering a seamless experience.
What contacts see
When a contact has access to multiple microspaces:
A "Shared with you" dropdown appears in the top bar
Contacts can switch to another microspace by selecting it, making it quick to move between different spaces.
