Reusing existing content

Reuse your existing microspaces and pages across projects, clients, or teams.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

If you have a microspace or page that worked well, you can duplicate it to reuse the content and styling. This is helpful when adapting something for a different client or team. Duplication creates a new copy with the same structure and content, which you can adjust as needed.

It is a quick way to save time and avoid repetitive work, especially when your content follows a familiar structure.

Who can do this

All users can duplicate microspaces and pages. Library Admins can additionally copy pages to templates.
