Share your microspace

Share your microspace with your audience and control who can access it using public, invite-only, or private settings.

Updated over a month ago

When you are ready to share your microspace with your audience, click Share in the top right. By default, your microspace is set to Private, and only visible to your internal team.

You can choose between three privacy settings:

Public link

Anyone with the link can access your microspace. The URL is unlisted (not indexed by search engines) and can be shared freely. This option is useful when your content does not contain private or confidential information and you want easy access for your audience.

Invite only

Restrict access to specific people by inviting them by name and email.

  • People are added to your contact list automatically

  • You can decide whether people can reshare the microspace

  • Copy the unique microspace URL to share manually

  • Invitees will need to enter their email to access the microspace

Once invited, they can:

  • View the microspace

  • Interact with its content (e.g. comment or upload files)

  • Reshare the space, if allowed

Private

This is the default setting while you are editing. The microspace remains visible only to your team and is not shared externally.

Security setting (optional)

You can turn on Email verification to require invited contacts to verify their email with a One Time Password (OTP) before accessing the microspace. This adds an extra layer of security on top of the "Invite only" setting.

External microspace name (optional)

If you want your microspace to display a different name externally—e.g. in email notifications or in the microspace switcher—you can set it here. If left blank, the internal microspace name will be used.
