Use the Mutual Action Plan section to track agreed next steps, onboarding milestones, or any shared to-do list on a microspace page.
Note: this section is not available on microspaces set to public access mode.
Adding the section
Click the + button between sections and choose Mutual Action Plan.
Adding items
Type a checklist item and press Enter or click Add. Up to 20 items can be added, with a maximum of 100 characters per item. Actions can be reordered by dragging.
Completing actions
Both team members and contacts with access to the microspace can complete and undo actions. When an action is marked complete, it shows who completed it and the completion date.
Intro text
A rich text area above the checklist is available for context, such as instructions or a summary. It supports the same content blocks as the Rich Content section.
Section styling
Use the paintbrush icon to set section spacing, width, and background color.
