Rich Content Section

The most flexible section type in Microspace, combining text, images, tables, and buttons

The Rich Content section is the most flexible section type on a microspace page. Use it for content that needs structure: headings, paragraphs, images, tables, lists, buttons, and more, all within one section.

Adding the section

Click the + button between sections and choose Rich Content.

Building content

Click into the editor and start typing, or click the + button that appears on the left of each line to insert a specific content block:

  • Header — section headings, multiple levels, left/center/right alignment

  • Paragraph — body text, left/center/right alignment

  • List — bulleted, numbered, or checklist, with up to 3 levels of nesting

  • Table — rows and columns, with an optional header row

  • Image — upload an image, add a caption, and optionally link it to a URL

  • Column with image — a text/image side-by-side layout, with adjustable image position

  • Quote — a styled blockquote with an optional citation

  • Button — a clickable call-to-action button (see below)

  • Link — paste a URL to generate a link preview card

  • Delimiter — a visual divider between blocks

Text formatting

Select any text to access inline formatting: bold, italic, underline, hyperlink, and text color.

Adding a button

Click the + button and choose Button to add a call-to-action.

  • Text — the button label

  • URL — the destination link (must be a valid http/https link)

  • Color — choose from brand colors (Header, Highlight, Background, or custom colors), plus white or black. Text color automatically adjusts for contrast

  • Alignment — left, center, right

  • Size — small, medium, large

Button color is tied to the brand color palette, so it updates automatically if brand colors change later. Button clicks are tracked in the page's engagement analytics.

Column with image

The Column with image block places an image alongside a text area in a side-by-side layout. After uploading your image, use the block settings to adjust the image position — left or right — and the width ratio between the image and text columns.

Use it for product shots with a description next to them, team bios, or any place where you want an image and text to sit together without needing a separate section.

Making the section collapsible

Open the section settings to set a collapse header. Contacts can then expand or collapse the section, and analytics will track when it is opened.

Section styling

Use the paintbrush icon in the section toolbar to set section spacing, section width, and background color.

Tips

  • Use headers to break up long content and make it easier to scan.

  • Use the Button block to drive contacts toward a specific action, like scheduling a call or visiting an external page.

  • Add images, or pair an image with text using the Column-with-image block, without leaving the section.
