Exporting Contacts

Download all your contact data, including which microspaces are shared with each contact

Download all your contact data, including which microspaces are shared with each contact, as an Excel file.

All contacts can be exported at any time. This is useful for backups, reporting, or moving contact data into another tool.

How to access

Go to Contacts and click Export. The file downloads automatically as microspace-contacts-[date].xlsx.

What's included

The file has two sheets: Contacts and Shared Microspaces.

Contacts sheet

One row per contact, with:

  • Contact ID, First Name, Last Name, Email

  • Company, Job Title, Phone, LinkedIn URL, Deal URL

  • Lifecycle Stage, Date Added

  • Invited By Name, Invited By Email

  • Notes

  • Tags

Shared Microspaces sheet

One row for each microspace shared with a contact, with:

  • Contact ID, First Name, Last Name, Email

  • Microspace ID, Internal Name, External Name

  • Project

  • URL (direct link to the microspace)

If a contact has not been shared to any microspace yet, they still appear once on this sheet, with the microspace fields left blank.

Specifications

  • The export includes every contact in the organization. There is no filtering before export yet.

  • Both sheets share the same Contact ID, so a contact's details can be cross-referenced with everywhere they have been shared.

Tips

  • Use the Shared Microspaces sheet to quickly find which microspace URL to send a contact if they lost their link.

  • Use this file's headers as a reference when preparing a CSV for Import Contacts via CSV.

Real change this time: "What's included" now just names the two sheets, then each sheet gets its own bold heading and field list as a standalone block, instead of being nested under one intro line.
