File section

Let contacts download documents or other files directly from your page.

What the file section does

The file section lets you add one or more files that your audience can download. Each file shows its title, file type (PDF, Word, image, etc.), and a download button. You can also add an introduction at the top of the section.

You can see in content engagement analytics which contacts downloaded which files and when.

Supported file types:

  • Images (JPG, PNG, GIF)

  • Documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Maximum file size per file: 200MB

How to add a file section

  1. Click the plus (+) button between sections.

  2. Choose File.

  3. Upload your file or drag it into the section.

  4. Use the arrow buttons to move the section up or down

You can add multiple files in one section.

How to style it

Click the paintbrush icon to adjust styling options:

  • Section spacing: S, M, or L

  • Section width: M or L

  • Color: Based on brand settings

How to add and remove files

  • Use the + icon to add more files

  • Click the trash icon to delete a section

  • You can download the files also from the editor.

Adding supporting text

You can add text and layout elements above your file cards using the built-in text editor in the section. Supported elements include: text, heading, link, list, and table.

Tips

  • Use the file section to provide handouts, proposals, whitepapers, or downloadable resources

  • Keep filenames short and clean for better presentation

  • Use section styling to make download blocks stand out
