Add internal notes so your team stays aligned
Use tags like "Decision Maker" or "Budget Holder" to highlight their role
How contacts are added
You can add contacts in different ways:
From the Contacts screen β Click Add contact and enter their detao;s
While sharing a microspace β Add a new contact directly by filling in their name and email
Through reshare β If a contact invites someone else, that person is added automatically
Via integration β Some contacts may be synced automatically from your CRM or another system
