Understanding Contacts

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Contacts are the people you share your microspaces with. Each contact represents someone outside your team, like a lead, customer, candidate, or stakeholder.

What can you do with a contact?

As an editor, contacts help you manage how your microspaces are shared and used. You can:

  • Share a microspace directly with specific contacts and control who can access it

  • Review recent activity, like which pages they viewed and when

  • Remove access to a microspace if needed

  • Add internal notes so your team stays aligned

  • Use tags like "Decision Maker" or "Budget Holder" to highlight their role

How contacts are added

You can add contacts in different ways:

  • From the Contacts screen β€” Click Add contact and enter their detao;s

  • While sharing a microspace β€” Add a new contact directly by filling in their name and email

  • Through reshare β€” If a contact invites someone else, that person is added automatically

  • Via integration β€” Some contacts may be synced automatically from your CRM or another system

Keep contact details up to date

You can edit contact profiles to keep information accurate and useful. This includes:

  • Name, job title, and company

  • Lifecycle stage (e.g. Lead, Customer)

  • LinkedIn or deal links

  • Notes or internal comments for your team

These details help personalise your microspaces and make it easier to manage client interactions across projects.
