Analytics Overview

Get a bird's-eye view of how your microspaces are performing.

Updated over 4 weeks ago

The Analytics section gives you a high-level view of how your microspaces are performing across your organisation. It is the starting point for navigating insights at every level, from individual microspaces to entire projects.

This is the best place to start if you want to check how things are going, spot opportunities to follow up, or focus on the microspaces that need more attention.

This overview helps you:

  • See total activity across all microspaces you have access to

  • Compare microspace performance at a glance

  • Spot trends and outliers in contact engagement

How to access

You can open Engagement Analytics dashboard via the top navigation:

  • Main navigation via the top bar ("Analytics")

After clicking Analytics, you'll see an overview that lists all the microspaces you have access to, along with key activity and engagement stats for each one.

Summary cards

The summary cards show totals across all microspaces in your organisation. They give you a quick sense of how many microspaces have been created, how many contacts are involved, and how often content is being reshared.

  • Total microspaces – Total number of microspaces in the organisation (that you can see)

  • Total contacts – Total number of contacts across all microspaces

  • Total reshares – Total number of times a microspace has been reshared

Microspace performance overview

Below the summary cards, you will find a list of all your microspaces. Each row gives key insights. You can sort the list by column to quickly compare reshares, visits, or contact volume.

  • Reshares – How many times this microspace was reshared

  • Contacts – Number of contacts invited or added via reshare

  • Visits – How often the microspace has been opened

  • Last activity – Who was the last visitor, and when

Filtering and searching

Filter by project to get a focused view of how microspaces in that project are performing. It is a quick way to check if a project is gaining traction or needs attention. You can also search by microspace name to easily zoom into one microspace.

Drilling down

Click on a row to open that microspace’s detailed analytics. This view shows more specific engagement insights, such as visits over time, content interactions, and contact activity.
