Configure your brand colors, logo, fonts, and header image to keep your microspaces consistent. These settings apply across your entire organization and help teams use the same visual style by default.
Who can do this
Only Organization Admins can access and change branding settings. These settings apply across your entire organization and help teams use the same visual style by default.
Logo and Header Image
Upload your company's logo.
Set a default header image that appears at the top of new microspaces and templates. The image is fully visible (100% opacity). Editors and Library Admins can add their own header image if they want to.
If no image is set, the header color will be shown.
Brand Colors
The colors you define here are also used in the Microspace styling panel. This helps keep things consistent, because only the brand colors you set will be available to editors.
You can set the following brand colors:
Header color: used for the hero background and buttons
Highlight color: used for the top bar and info cards. If the highlight color toggle is not enabled, it is only used for the contact card
Background color: used as the main background of the microspace
Hyperlink color: used for all link text
Custom colors: any additional brand colors you want to make available
These are the only colors that will be available to editors in the styling panel when creating sections in a microspace.
Brand Fonts
You can choose brand fonts: a brand body font and a brand header font, based on your brand guidelines.
Save Your Changes
Go to Organization Settings → Branding. After making changes, click Update. The new settings are applied immediately across all microspaces.
Project Branding
If your plan supports it, you can define branding per project.
Project branding overrides your organization’s default branding.
This is useful when working with a separate go-to-market or use cases that require different colors or fonts scheme.
How to Access the Settings
Click your profile picture → Organization → Branding (in the left panel).
